How to Treat Sinusitis Naturally and Permanently?

At some point of the time we do get nasal discharge, congestion, headache, vertigo, migraine, etc. This could be because of the swelling in the sinuses, you take a treatment get well everything is normal but, talking about those cases where years and years of medication are going on, all the different therapies ,the different treatments have been taken yet the patient has all the symptoms the conditions starts becoming worse, the patient is told that the condition is incurable. It starts getting worse, it starts getting severe and the patient has no idea about what should be done. This is the inflammation of sinuses known as Sinusitis.

There are some cavities, the empty spaces within the facial bones, these are connected to the cavities of the nose. These empty spaces make our skull light and these are the empty spaces which are called the sinuses. Sinusitis, the word ‘itis’ means inflammation, all these inflammatory conditions like the Rhinitis, Appendicitis, Bronchitis, Vasculitis, Vaginitis have the word ‘itis’ in it. There are n number of itis which means inflammatory conditions. It is itis, this word shows that there is inflammation of that particular part, so inflammation of the sinuses is called sinusitis. There are various classifications of sinusitis based on the sinuses that are affected like the frontal sinusitis, sphenoidal sinusitis, ethmoidal sinusitis and the maxillary sinusitis. Based on the causative agents like the bacterial sinusitis where the streptococcus, pneumoniae, haemophilus influenzae, etc. These are the causative agents, the viral sinusitis where certain viral agents like the rhinovirus, the coronavirus, the influenza virus, etc. all these are the agents. There is infected sinusitis there is non-infected sinusitis like those which is the dust. pollutants, dirt, irritants or the allergic conditions all these types of sinusitis are having 90% or more than 90% of the symptoms they are similar.

CAUSES OF SINUSITIS :-

Common causes of chronic sinusitis include:

1] Nasal polyps – These tissue growths can block the nasal passages or sinuses.

2] Deviated nasal septum –  A crooked septum, the wall between the nostrils, may restrict or block sinus passages, making the symptoms of sinusitis worse.

3] Other medical conditions – The complications of conditions such as cystic fibrosis, HIV and other immune system-related diseases can lead to nasal blockage.

4] Respiratory tract infections – Infections in your respiratory tract, most commonly colds, can inflame and thicken your sinus membranes and block mucus drainage. These infections can be viral, bacterial or fungal.

HOME REMEDIES :-

1] One can take a holy basil decoction steam.

2] If one experiences a severe headache then applying cinnamon paste helps a lot. 

3] Pradhaman Nasya with cumin seed powder is also very beneficial. 

4] One can perform Nasya with Panchendriya Vardhan oil, 2-4 drops in each nostril everyday.
