DETOX TEA FOR IBS AND OTHER STOMACH PROBLEMS|

Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) is a common disorder that affects the large intestine. Signs and symptoms include cramping, abdominal pain, bloating, gas, and diarrhea or constipation, or both. IBS is a chronic condition that you’ll need to manage long term. Only a small number of people with IBS have severe signs and symptoms. Some people can control their symptoms by managing diet, lifestyle and stress. 

Detoxing helps your system to function efficiently by flushing out the toxins and protects the body. Detox drinks are excellent for digestion, and if your digestion is good, then your weight loss journey will be easier. By definition, detox drinks help in flushing out toxins from the body and boost the body’s metabolism.

INGREDIENTS – 

1] Black Pepper

2] Clove

3] Cinnamon

4] Bay Leaf

5] Jaggery

METHOD –

Take a glass of water in a saucepan and add black pepper, cloves, cinnamon and bay leaf, 2-3 pieces each. Then add one tspn jaggery, mix well and let it boil for about five to ten minutes. Strain the liquid in a cup and it will be ready to consume. One can consume it up to three times in a day. Keep at least A 30 minutes gap between the consumption of daily meals and this tea. In cases of low immunity, weakness, IBS and several other digestion related issues this tea has unbelievable results.
