SEED CYCLING TO CURE HORMONAL IMBALANCE NATURALLY

Phase 2

This is the phase where the estrogen starts decreasing and the progesterone levels start increasing to bind up or build up the uterine lining. 2] For the Luteal phase one requires high quality gamma linolenic acid which is also known as GLA. One capsule of either 500mg or 100mg once a day is the best thing you can do. Consult an ayurvedic or medical practitioner to know the best dosage as per your body type.
Always remember that these particular seeds or supplements are supposed to be consumed only during the particular phase as mentioned above. Do not alter and also do not consume excess of these seeds.
WAYS TO CONSUME THE SEEDS :-
The seeds should be organic and not to be fried or roasted at any stage as they immediately oxidize once they are heated. We can grind these seeds into powder and store it in an airtight container for maximum 3 days in a fridge or freezer. The dosage is 1tbspn of each which means in phase 1; 1tbspn of flax seeds and 1tbspn of pumpkin seeds, and during phase 2; 1tbspn of sesame seeds and 1tbspn of sunflower seeds. So we will put 1tbspn of the first ingredient and 1tbspn of the second ingredient (as per our phase) in half glass of water, mix it well and consume it any time of the day.
