GETTING RID OF BELLY FAT NATURALLY
What is weight gain, obesity, heaviness ? We often hear these words but do we know if we are overweight or we have the ideal weight? First let’s calculate our height in centimeters then subtract 100 from it, the obtained number is our ideal weight (For eg. 160-100=60 therefore 60 kg is your ideal weight). If you are recently married or were sick or a some serious condition then weight going up and down absolutely normal (For Men:- weight + 5kg ; For Women:- weight – 5kg). But if you experience that the shape of your body is changing, or sudden increase in fats then these are certain alarming signs that you need to be working on yourself. Let’s find out what Ayurveda says about weight loss.
Ayurveda tells us 2 ways to lose weight at home :
1] UDVARTANA :-
Take either Gram flour or Barley flour add one tspn of Triphala (a mixture of three fruits (Amla, Baheda & Harad easily available in markets in any medical or Ayurvedic stores) add half tspn of turmeric powder. Mi well and rub it on your body everyday before bath.In Ayurveda it is said that the one regularly does Udvartan for atleast 30 days he/she is able to lose 3-5 kg of their weight. Udvartan helps decrease the Kapha dosh and balances it, by doing so helps is losing fat. Also on the 7th day you will eperience change in your weight, sleep and skin quality.

2]WHEAT GERM OIL
One must consume n ml of wheat germ oil on empty stomach. While purchasing this oil make sure it is of FG (food grade). It increases the HDL that is the high density lipoprotein also known as good cholesterol and decreases the LDL that is bad cholesterol in your body. So with weight loss it also has other benefits.
Ayurveda also mentions a lot of eating habits or techniques to consume food and food tyoes to lose weight. Weight loss is linked with lots of other factor like do you often sleep at daytime? Because sleeping during daytime helps to gain weight rather than losing. Also do you sleep for more than 8 hours, do you have stress, is there any physical activity in your life , are you working out or performing yoga, etc. Your lifestyle plays a very important role.
