So basically we all have problems be it you, me, a small child, a mom, married person, unmarried person, in general every human has problems and we all have to go through ups and downs in life. Every problem we face makes us feel unhappy, unstable, imbalanced and that is completely natural. 

“No human without a problem; No problem without a solution”. This simply means every problem comes with a solution. So basically our life is like a boxing match. In a boxing match two players constantly fight with each other, it is always a two-way match. But whenever problems come in our life we get unhappy, feel that there is no way out and think that there is nothing we can do about it. We keep worrying and thinking about the problems but we need to understand that it’s a two-way match, whether it’s about your studies, business, personal growth, improving your habits, relationship or be it anything. Even in a relationship it is never you versus your partner, it is always you and your partner versus the problem or reason behind the unhappiness. 

Whenever a problem comes in our life we experience two things; 

1] What the problem does to us,

2] What we do to the problem.

What the problem does to us is the problem and what we do to it is the solution. This is what we experience when a problem comes to our life but if we do not take any steps, if we do not keep a solution based mindset, if we forget that it is a two-way match where even we can win then we will experience two different things; 

1] What the problem does to us,

2] What impact the problem has on our mind.

And by doing so we end up having one more problem now. This is the major reason why people have stress, anxiety and depression. They have an external problem but instead of fighting against it they add another internal problem to it. We always need to understand that it is always a two-way match regardless of the reason for the problem.
